Halloween Collaboration Part 3 ๐Ÿ•ธ Showstopper Card ๐Ÿ•ธ Multiple Z fold

Wrapping up our 3-part Halloween Collaboration with the final prompt — Showstopper Card! I created a dramatic, eye-catching Halloween card that’s full of layered details and spooky flair.

It’s time for Part 3 of our Halloween Collaboration, and this final prompt was “Showstopper Card.” For my entry, I designed a card packed with fun layers, textures, and intricate details to really wow anyone who opens it.

I combined bold Halloween colours, playful spooky elements, and a mix of dimensional techniques to create a card that’s dramatic but still fun. This project was all about going big, experimenting with layers, and adding those finishing touches that make it a true showstopper.

๐Ÿ World Cardmaking Day 2025 Collaboration ๐Ÿงก Card 4 Autumnal Hexagon Easel Card

About the Collaboration

I’m thrilled to be part of the World Cardmaking Day 2025 Collaboration! ๐ŸŽ‰ To celebrate this special occasion, four crafters teamed up for four days of creativity, each day featuring a new designer and a brand-new free mini digital collection.

Every collection includes digital papers and cliparts or digi stamps, designed for cardmakers to download, print, and create along with us. It’s a wonderful way to share inspiration, try out different styles, and celebrate the joy of handmade cards together.

The collaboration runs in the lead-up to World Cardmaking Day on October 4th, and all files are completely free to download — so you can join the fun and craft along!

My Card – Enchanted Woodland Collection

(My Own Digi Designs)

For Day 4, the final day of our World Cardmaking Day collaboration, I had the joy of using my own digital collection – Enchanted Woodland. ๐ŸŒฟ✨ This mini set includes two background papers and an A4 sheet of digi stamps featuring gnomes, toadstools, and lanterns, all inspired by a magical woodland theme.

I coloured the digi stamps with alcohol markers and paired them with my coordinating background scenes to create a soft, storybook-style card full of charm and character. It was so exciting to see my own designs come to life on a finished project!

This collection is free to download, so you can craft along and make your own Enchanted Woodland creations. You can also see exactly how I put this card together — from colouring to assembly — in my YouTube tutorial below.

My Card – Autumn Stepper Card

(Using Digi Files by Monika)

For Day 3 of the collaboration, I returned to the beautiful digital collection by Monika, this time creating a gorgeous stepper card. Her designs are filled with soft tones, flowers and foliage with hand painted details — perfect for layered card styles like this one.

The stepper format gave me plenty of room to build up depth and showcase multiple prints from the collection. I added a mix of textured layers, die-cut details, and a touch of sparkle to bring everything to life. The result is a card full of warmth and dimension — ideal for celebrating any season or sending a handmade hug.

Halloween Collaboration | Part 2 ๐Ÿ•ธ Pop Up Card ๐Ÿ•ธ Spooky Frame Design

It’s time for Part 2 of our 3-part Halloween Collaboration! This week’s prompt is Pop-Up Card, and I’ve created a spooky pop-up frame card — full of dimension, character, and Halloween magic.

Welcome back to our Halloween Collaboration, where three creative prompts bring a whole lot of spooky fun! The second challenge was “Pop-Up Card” and for my take, I designed a pop-up frame card that comes to life when opened.

I loved building the layered frame structure — it’s perfect for creating a little scene within a card. I filled mine with classic Halloween elements: bat, spider, witch, with and a green glow for a spooky night-time feel. The best part is how it folds flat for posting but pops up beautifully on display!

Don’t forget to visit the other collaborators’ projects to see their unique pop-up ideas — and catch my full tutorial on YouTube for all the details and step-by-step process.

My Card – Pop-Up Hexagon Card

(Using Digi Files by Marta)

For Day 2 of the collaboration, I worked with the stunning digital collection by Marta, filled with soft colours, delicate textures, and beautiful seasonal details. I wanted to showcase her designs in a dimensional way, so I created a pop-up hexagon card — a fun interactive style that folds flat for posting but opens into a striking 3D display.

Each hexagon panel features a mix of Marta’s printable papers and digi elements, layered together to create depth and movement. I added gentle touches of shimmer and highlights to tie everything together, keeping the overall look elegant yet playful.

It’s such a lovely project for anyone who enjoys interactive cards and wants to make the most of printable designs. You can watch the full step-by-step process in my YouTube tutorial below.

My Card – Autumnal Sparkly Gatefold Card

(Using Digi Files by Monika)

For Day 1, I used the gorgeous digital collection by Monika, which captured all the cosy, golden tones of autumn. I decided to create a sparkly gatefold card, combining warm autumn colours, shimmer cardstock, and beautiful digital prints to create a design that feels both elegant and seasonal.

The gatefold style gives it that special reveal moment when opened, and the layered details add a touch of dimension and luxury. I finished the card with a hint of sparkle — perfect for reflecting those glowing autumn evenings.

You can see the full creative process and how I brought it all together in my YouTube tutorial below.

Halloween Collaboration | Part 1 ๐Ÿ•ธ Shaped Card ๐Ÿ•ธ Spooky House

Kicking off our 3-part Halloween Collaboration with the first prompt — Shaped Card! For my make, I designed a spooky house–shaped card, packed with Halloween charm and eerie little details.

Welcome to Part 1 of our Halloween Collaboration! ๐ŸŽƒ This series features three creative prompts, each inspiring a different spooky-themed make. The first prompt was “Shaped Card”, and I couldn’t resist going for a classic — a spooky haunted house!

I designed the card completely by hand (no special dies needed), adding inky layers, cobweb textures, and glowing windows to capture that perfect Halloween-night feel. It’s such a fun design to try if you love creating interactive or dimensional cards.

Be sure to check out the other designers’ takes on this first challenge, and stay tuned for parts 2 and 3 of our Halloween collab coming soon!
